Tayo Bland, Esq. founded the firm to give individuals and families the committed, hands-on representation usually reserved for large-firm clients.
Licensed in New York and New Jersey, Mr. Bland has practiced law for more than a decade, representing clients in criminal, civil, and family matters on both sides of the Hudson. He earned his B.A. from Howard University and his J.D. from Barry University School of Law.
His practice focuses on criminal defense, DUI and traffic matters, personal injury, and civil rights and employment discrimination, including police misconduct claims under 42 U.S.C. ยง 1983 and the NJ Civil Rights Act, and workplace claims under the NYC Human Rights Law, the NYC Fair Chance Act, and the NJ Law Against Discrimination. He also serves as co-counsel on plaintiff-side civil rights and NJLAD matters.
